What types of sexual abuse cases do you handle?

We generally focus our resources on assisting childhood sexual abuse survivors because we have a substantial amount of experience in this area.  However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have experienced some other form of sexual abuse or harassment.  Even if we are not able to take your case we can usually point you in the direction of someone who can.

What type of experience do you have?

In Washington, we represent people with claims against a large number of religious institutions, including Catholic entities like the Archdiocese of Seattle, the Diocese of Spokane, the Diocese of Yakima, Briscoe Memorial School, O’Dea High School, the Congregation of Christian Brothers, Seattle University and the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), and the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate (Oblates).  We have also successfully represented people with claims against The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) and the Episcopal Church.

In addition to bringing claims against religious institutions, we also represent people with sexual abuse claims against various youth organizations, like the Boy Scouts of America and child care facilities, and state and local government agencies, such as the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, the Washington State Department of Corrections, various school districts in Washington, including the Olympia School District and Bainbridge Island School District.

But our experience is not limited to Washington.  Our team of sexual abuse attorneys have represented hundreds of abuse survivors across the country, including in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California, Illinois, Wisconsin, New York, Louisiana, and other states.
